When patching isn't enough anymore, a full Siding Replacement clears every old panel, checks the sheathing underneath, and starts the wall fresh.
Every tear-off includes a moisture reading on exposed sheathing before new material goes up, not just a visual glance.
Hidden rot gets caught and priced before it's covered back up, not discovered years later as a bigger problem.
Full removal and disposal is handled by insured crews familiar with Scottsville, NY disposal and permitting requirements.
We carry the liability coverage a full tear-off project requires, not just a repair-scale policy.
Local estimators can typically get to your home within days, not weeks, for a full replacement quote.
We prioritize homes with visible widespread damage or active leaks ahead of routine scheduling.
Tear-off, disposal, sheathing contingency, and new material are itemized separately on one written estimate.
If hidden damage is found mid-project, you approve that specific cost before we proceed — no blanket change orders.
Below is what a full Siding Replacement project actually includes from tear-off to final trim.
Tear-off includes a walk of the exposed sheathing before anything new goes up. Dumpster or trailer placement is planned ahead of time so your driveway isn't blocked for the whole project.
Soft, delaminated, or water-stained sheathing gets cut out and replaced before new siding covers it back up. Plywood or OSB sections get matched in thickness to the original sheathing, not just whatever's on the truck.
A fresh weather-resistive barrier goes on before new panels, correctly lapped and taped at every seam. Window and door openings get flashed before the wrap goes on, not patched around afterward.
New panels go up to manufacturer spec once the wall behind them is confirmed sound. Panel layout is planned before the first course goes up so seams land in consistent, less visible positions.
Skipping trim during a re-side often means redoing it again within a few years once it's the odd piece out. Soffit vents get sized for the attic space above, not just swapped for a matching look.
Call +1-844-782-0929 and describe your existing siding's condition — age, visible damage, any known leaks.
We look at attic and interior walls too, since moisture problems often show there first.
We flag any sheathing repair that's likely needed based on what's visible, so the estimate isn't a surprise later.
Daily site cleanup keeps nails and scrap out of your yard throughout the project.
Old aluminum siding came off in a day and disposal was included, no dumpster sitting in our driveway for weeks.
Quote broke out tear-off, sheathing contingency, and new material separately, so we knew exactly what we were paying for.
Crew cleaned up every evening, which mattered since we have young kids playing in the yard after school.
Old house wrap was falling apart and they replaced it properly instead of just siding right over it.
One call gets you an honest repair-vs-replace recommendation.
